Coordinate with IT budget owners to develop operational, tactical, and strategic planning aligned with the overall business plan.
Develop IT budget rollup versions for submission to business unit portfolio planning.
Create periodic IT budget performance, forecasting, and monitoring reports for capital and operational expenditures.
Provide support for NUIMS Budget & Work Program and performance defense.
Manage Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) creation, monitoring, and closure.
Process charges transfer from Cost Centers or AFEs as requested.
Manage intercompany billing.
Assist in partner budget management.
Provide consulting to IT Budget Coordinators and Contract Sponsors on AFE spend, vendor payments, outstanding payments, purchase requests, and monthly billing reports.
Facilitate the development and execution of the IT Annual contracting plan.
Support the development of quality IT contract requests for submission to contracting governance boards.
Provide support for IT contract execution and category management.
Manage all IT Pseudo contracts and ensure availability for service payments.
Support vendor engagements for issue resolution, service quality, and competitive bidding.
Assist in procurement and sourcing of IT materials, frequency licenses, and permits payments to government agencies.
Evaluate and escalate issues with IT vendor invoices.
Relevant Years of Experience: Level 2:
5+ years of computer and/or Telecommunication experience, financial, customer service/relationship experience.
2+ Years supporting High Performance Computing Systems in Geological Geophysical and Reservoir Engineering workflows.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Power BI, Forms, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), C#, and SQL. Knowledge of data visualization tools and ability to develop clear and effective visualizations using Excel and Power BI.
Knowledge of Information Technologies (fundamental concepts, systems, platforms, tools) and IT industries (hardware, software, services).
Ability to contribute to operational, tactical, and strategic planning in support of the overall business.
Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree (Sciences, Engineering, Technology) or equivalent.
